Doesn't work, poor support. I just get a spinning icon, when I contacted support they said it was an internet issue I replied saying I was on the home WiFi with great signal and had tried in different locations, I also have uninstalled and reinstalled over several days and still not working. They basically said it works for 5000 other people and didn't want to know. Shame as I would have used this and potentially bought premium ads ons too

Hi there. As it's a free service. There is no way we can test any website and any server - there is endless options when every server and every website is configured differently.
We did reffer you to your hosting provider to check if security measures placed are blocking communication
And that is what should be done instead of shaming us..

Excellent support! Easy to connect, easy to configure, better notifications. An easier and better alternative to the Woocommerce App that keeps pushing Jetpack in your face and multiple logins just to connect.

The only Woocommerce Mobile app which sends instant order notifications of Woocommerce orders & works without jetpack. All other apps except the default Woocommerce app, sends delayed notification. This app also provides some premium features of woocer app for free. I am completely satisfied with it!
